For the purposes of carrying out the regulations of ethical corporate management best practice principles and code of conduct established by the Company and leading the Company’s personnel to comply with ethical standards and avoid illegal conduct, the “Ta Ya Disposal Regulations Governing Making Reports of Cases Involving Illegal and Unethical or Dishonest Conduct” are stipulated to establish reporting channels and disposal procedures and set up a “Report Mailbox” for encouraging everyone to make reports of any event involving crimes, corruption or violations of the law.

To protect your benefits, Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall clearly notify you of the following items in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws and regulations:

During the aforesaid periods, you may, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws and regulations, ask the Company:
- To make an inquiry of and to review, or to request a copy of your personal data; provided, however, that the Company may charge a fee to cover necessary costs according to the law;
- To supplement or correct your personal data, provided, however, that you need to first properly clarify your reasons and facts according to the law;
- To demand cessation of collection, processing or use of your personal data;
- In the event of a dispute regarding the accuracy of your personal data, to demand cessation of processing or use of your personal data, unless the processing or use is either necessary for the performance of the Company’s business or has been agreed to by you in writing, and the dispute has been recorded;
- When the specific purpose of the aforesaid collection no longer exists, or upon expiration of the relevant time period, to erase or to demand cessation of processing or use of your personal data, unless the processing or use is either necessary for the performance of the Company’s business or has been agreed to by you in writing.
You may freely choose whether to provide your personal data in full. If you choose not to provide your personal data, or if personal data provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate, or if you ask to erase or to demand cessation of collection, processing and use of your personal data, the Company may not be able to process your message and relevant matters.
